Cosy. That's how I felt about Kaylin's church.

I had to skip tuition on saturday to go the their church, but it was worth it. Might want to go next week.

Problem is trying to fit tuition time in.

Anyway, we hanged around until 8+ before going to ACSI FOR THE PLANET SHAKER CONFERENCE.

The entrance fee was kinda wierd. You need 1 box of color pencils to enter. Luckily Bernice brought extra, so I bought it from her.

Anyway The Preacher was awesome! One of the few charismatic preachers that can mix jokes, lameness and the word of god together. I personally felt tat it was very impactful. Especially when they did 2 encores! (Free and Majesty)

I'm trying to find one of the songs that they sang: It goes like..... deeper....... I need more, I want more

Still can't find it. Yahoo and Google not picking up anything.

Then came today, and this time, I brought Bernice and Leroy to my church. What happened next was the work of god.

Anyway, It'll be very bad not to thank god for being able to bring friends to my church. All glory goes to god for giving me such a swell weekend. =P

first time in my school history where I was caught for being late.

What makes it double suck was the 2 test I blew today. Chemistry and Geography.

Anyway, with the new J1s in the house, we have to share our food, our canteen, and our time with the new students. I had to squeeze sandwich during my breaktime owing to long queue.

WE only had half an hour....

Anyway, all J2's had to take the third language course again, for intermediate users. I can't relate to the fact that these lessons were actual lessons, and I spent them half sleeping, half talking, half playing. Okay, that doesn't makes sense.

IN fact, I'm not making any. I should probably go play my guitar again.

Speaking of guitar, I'm so getting a new one. I can't play songs on my guitar, but I can on Darren's and Nas. SOme retarded guitar huh?

I'm spending my valentines day in a sailing camp. Yes. Stupid. Freaking stupid.
On the bright side, one of my best friend will be there. Hope I get to share his boat. =P

Run Away

Heres a secret: I always wanted to run away from home.

And I did it on friday.

Some run away though, I came back the next morning.

Viknesh put me up for the night. His mum treats me like her own son, so she talked to me in the morning when I was feeling all better.

Thank god for friends like viknesh.

Although I also have to give thanks to Darren and my very own OG J1 Yee kiat for offering to put me up for the night.

Don't want to talk much about the issue anymore. Still sore about being slashed. I had to wipe the blood off my bed the next morning, except that it was all dried up. So now I have a sick brown line on my bed sheet.

Church was a different experience altogether. For 1, Leroy met a bunch of people a week ago in a lan shop. They needed 1 more person, and Leroy happened to be there.

Now Leroy invites them over for church. we end up eating lunch at subway together.

And then we lan together.

Leroy and Joel (not my brother) wanted to team up against me and the girls.

Bernice and Kaylin were new to Dota, but the newbies won.

Twice!

ALthough I have a strong suspicion that the boys gave chance. Okay, the girls can play. They kinda remind me of Charmaine and Renee, but they know how to use their spells well and clocked a couple of kill themselves.

After that, we met Viknesh cause he had thaipusum nearby. We PLayed Lan again, trashed those 5 insane bots with just Viknesh, Leroy and Me, and left with 15 minutes to spare.

The gamers are back!

5 day leave

Yeah, duh. Finally I'm blogging about the orientation.

Have to comment on the shirt size though. I got a size M when I ordered size XL. Reason?
All the size L went to the new J1 batch. SO I got stuck with a tight red shirt for 3 days.

Like all orientation, no welcome is complete without the people being welcomed. The class was awesome. During the 5 days, we bonded, we gelled, and to some extent, I've grown quite attached to my OG.

Especially when we went through thick and thin. I kinda felt that we really really bonded on wednesday after the mass games. Guess the school finally got smart and added more games. Cause this orientation was waaaay better than my one.

Also, we had the amazing race on thursday, which was kinda retarded cause only 1 person from my OG knows teh area. I'm kinda useless as I can't give direction, nor recognize any significant landmarks.But the games was fun.

Right.

I'm too lazy to upload photos today, so I'll probably upload it next time I come online.

I guess words don't really mean much, especially when its blogged. Words can hardly express my experience during the 5 days.

I hope the class bond well, and they get to enjoy their stay in this school.

They are smart, they are enthusiastic, and they are fun.

I swear my house put up the best skit performace. We did ALL the other houses skit, right back at them!

Another retarded thing happened today.

During the Campus race, I brught my water bottle along. AND 3 TIMES I left it behind.

Wan zhen keep bringing it back to me, and she keep saying, " YOU VERY CARELESS HOR?"

And then I left it behind again.

LOL! Lucky it was still there when I went back.

Okay, couple dance tomorrow. Gotta get a good couple......

Tomorrow is the orientation. Means I'm skipping school for 5 days.

Quoting the councilor in charge : Don't eat too much heaty stuff, and take plenty of water. Please don't fall sick.

What did I do?

Hang out at Darren's house. Eat pork and bah gua (whatever it's called) spam chocalate and sweets. Play dota.

Oh and most of all, learn the guitar tabs for SOS Jonas brothers.

I was planning to finish my sunday my meeting gracia at ang mo kio. Timing was a little off, and we had to meet at 8. VIk called halfway to play dota.
