Rule of the house:
The kids must eat vegetables every meal.
Thats why Joel and I have to eat our greens every day in order to stay healthy (since everyone on my mums side has the cancer cells.)
Then, my mum had the impression that mushrooms are vegetables...
Me: Ewww. Mushrooms. Yesterday was broccoli. today mushrooms? What did I do?
Mum: Its vegetables. Its healthy for you. EAT.
Me: Mushrooms are not vegetables.
Mum: Yes they are.
John: Mushrooms are spore eating fungi that comes in wierd shapes and sizes.
Mum: I dont care. eat.
John: *rolls eyes and eat*
(I just looked it up today. Mushrooms ARE FUNGI. SCAMMED.)
