Looking back at year 2008, I realised the folly and achievements I made.
I hated year 2008. It was a year of fun and joy, and most of all, narrow escapes.
Good bye 2008. And I hope I wont repeat the same mistakes again.

One day a lady from the church had come over and had given a gift for all the wonderful sermons that her husband has given.
Mrs. Johnson had said, "Thank you very much but what is it?"
The lady said, "It is a Damn ham."
Mrs. Johnson looked shocked and said, "Don't speak that way to me, don't you know that I am the preachers wife!"
The lady said, "Yes, yes I know, but that is the brand name of the ham!"
Mrs. Johnson said, "ooh I see well thank you" and the lady left.
Later that night when Mrs. Johnson was cooking dinner the preacher came into the kitchen and said, "Mmmm! That smells really good! What is it?"
Mrs. Johnson said," Well thats your dinner tonight, some Damn Ham"
The preacher was shocked and said, "Don't speak to me that way! Don't you know who I am?"
Mrs. Johnson said, "Yes, yes! I know who you are! It is just the brand name!"
The preacher said, "Oh! I see! Well it smells great!"
That night when dinner was ready she had set it out on the table. The corn, mashed potatoes, rolls, and ham!
When the family sat down they said their prayers and began to eat. The preacher said to his wife, "Could you please pass me some of that Damn ham?"
The wife said "sure".
Then little Johnny said, "Alright dad! While you're at it can you pass me the fucking mashed potatoes!"
Christmas and BedTime stories
I spent christmas with my best buddy in the afternoon. We met at 3, then dota in paradis for a couple of hours.
And yes, I am obliged to say this. Viknesh IS improving. Last game 1 on 1 was 5 kills and 4 deaths Viknesh was close to winning.
Then we headed over to cineleisure to meet Desmond, Jia Hao, Hasyir and Shou Heng to watch bed time stories. For a disney fantasy comedy flick, I ound it kinda cool. Especially bugsy.
I especially loved the way the story connects with each other.
After the movie, The boys walked around orchard to shop. We found our prom clothes shop tucked somewhere in orchard. That will be our little secret.
Anyway, this christmas was especially memorable! Merry christmas everyone!

Church camp 15 -18 december.
The camp was awesome. but you know what.... we camped.... at the girl's brigade.
Even the gents don't have urinals. all they have are toilet bowls and shower rooms.
But on the plus side. My dorm had 2 air-cons plus fan.
And my room mates freezed to sleep every night....
Okay, like all camps, we had crazy games. One of my clothes had shaving cream, and the other had toilet soap. Oh, and i think my orange shirt had colored dye on it.
16 december - special night (for me to remember)
The skit on the last day was the best. One group sang, "can I have this dance" Then got married. Then they commited suicide and died. Then the pastor followed.
Then there was "Don't forget the lyrics" Christian version. 3 out of the four groups stuggled with the chinese songs. But they all got the modern christian category correct!
Lord thank you for the camp, no matter what difficulties I may have. Thank you.

sure. I'm back to Singapore.
And not a moment of rest. Well spent my tuesday catching up with my friends.
I caught bolt today with the guys in the class... and yeah. The show wasn't too bad. had the "finding nemo" elements to it.
Then i had dinner at Leroy's to catch up with him. During the talk made me realize the true difference between good and best friends. And it kinda made me miss the times in st. gabriels..
And dang, he still pawns me in Halo 3, ... BY 10 KILLS
Thing was... I left his house at 11.35 pm. Last bus comes at 11.41. nearly considered staying over
I spent the next 6 minutes packing up, and rushing off and chasing the damm bus. Luckily I caught that 853. Else it would be a looooooooooooooooong walk home. A looooooooooong midnight walk.

Okay, first off. I'm no lazy I went christmas shopping today.
And then I had to lay my eyes on this perfect new balance casual shoe made from leather.
China Shopper: Waaaah ze ge sie je bu chou (This shoe ain't bad)

China sickness
I can already feel the flu spreading through my body. My body is battling this virus.
And it's winning.
Although the night was horribl. I remember getting up at 3 am, screaming. My nose were blocked. My head was heavy. Every inch of my body is shivering from the aftermath of a flu attack.
I went back to sleep, and I had the wierdest dream.
First of, I dreamt that st. gabriel became a mix school. Seriously I went back to school, and saw girls in bathrobes EVERWHERE. Yeah, guys paradise. But this is St. Gabriels!
Then I dreamt of someone's wedding. It's something to do with some YJ wedding or something, coz the whole school was there. I remembered Yong Lun, Terrence and Jimmy attending the wedding cause they drop by to say Hi. I remembered Charmaine's purple gown and David's green spandex.
Sry, my imagination tends to go wild when I'm falling ill...
Anyway, my hopes were dashed during the christmas shopping.
There's this big mall, with discounts ranging from 40 to 80 percent off. Thing is....
I go up..... Guy's winter wear, 80% off. Guy's jeans, 60% off. And THATS it. I wonder if hasyir looks nice in a jacket..... hmm... maybe I should take another look at the shopping bags outside. Maybe a purple one may do..... for somebody in mind
