Friday, PIE (speech day)

School was hilarious on friday. Lets see... Chem practical was screwed up, and the last lesson, (GP) Viknesh and I was fighting for sweets. IN the end, he stole my rabbit, and I stole his.
But the real excitement started in the evening.
This will be the last time I walk this path again

4 years of walking pass this area has come to an end... Boy, I will sure miss this place.
Anyway, Eugene, Ming Yang and I were invited to give a speech during yesterday's nights Parens Information Evening. If I remember correctly, 1 year ago I was sitting where all the students was, hearing those ex-gabrielites do their speech.
I never expected myself to recieve such an opportunity to be picked by the vice principal to speak on behalf of the allumni's to the next batch of sec 4's and 5s.
I met up with some old teachers, it was almost like a reunion.
When our speech came, the three of us shivered all the way to the stage, before speaking.
Eugene covered the four A's.
Attendance, Attitude, something and something. I forgot...
Mingyang covered on Tips on how to do well in "O" Levels.
while I covered on Maths, Humanities, and thanking the teachers.
The most memorable part was when I thank al the teachers. Honestly, nothing makes me happier than seeing all the sheepish smile on their faces as I thank them in front of the parents. And I think I was a pain in the butt for half of them! lol.
The teachers came to congratulate us at the end of the speech, and I shook hands with both the Vice principal and principal.
We sadly left after that, deciding that playing LAN together was better than basking in their glory. You should have been there. Every parent looked at me with envy and awe in their eyes.
We commanded their instantaneos respect.
Anyway, MingYang's parents gave us a lift to the Cyber Cafe, where the 3 of us played Dota and Counter Strike. These guys were awesome to hang out with. Too bad I missed the opportunity to meet such friends when I was in secondary school.
I left at 10.35, and bade my friends good bye. Thats probably the last time I will ever see them. I will miss them both.
...and I rushed home for the conference with Cats.
Thats my life.
